Official route and customer-owned assets
We are considering only the WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API, never WhatsApp Web reverse engineering, desktop RPA, browser injection, or an unofficial protocol.
If policy and qualification allow, each customer will use an authorized administrator to complete Embedded Signup and will own and control its Business Portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), and number.
Messaging and consent boundary
The initial scope would handle only customer-initiated enquiries or contacts with traceable opt-in. Outside the 24-hour customer service window, only an approved template appropriate to the situation would be used.
Three modes are planned: AI draft, human-reviewed sending, and customer-enabled automatic sending. Automatic sending remains disabled until the relevant entity, architecture, country code, and terms version receive written policy-applicability confirmation.
Production gates
Human takeover, tenant isolation, task and outcome audit, customer revocation, asset migration, and data deletion must pass acceptance before any production onboarding can be considered.
WhatsApp Business Solution Data and its derived results must not be used to create, develop, train, or improve cross-customer shared models.
